Tnx for the link, it's really interesting to read stuff about it. Though after reading some small pieces of the book i must say, it's not a reliable
source. For example:
"...Cryptozoological or Bioengineering phenomena [this was the general area where the famous 'Cabbit', the half cat / half rabbit was
captured]..."
This is a piece of the Dulce book, and the Cabbit is actually a very 'normal' thing. Here's a quote an article I found:
"So there you have it. There are no such things as cabbits which are crossbreds between cats and rabbits. They don't exist. Genetic deformities
exist which make ordinary cats look like mythical cabbits. A cat which looks like a rabbit is due to a mutation, deformity or birth defect. It is
certainly not due to being a cross between cats and rabbits. The only "real cabbits" are the cartoon ones in Japanese anime."

And there are many more things that is written about in that Dulce book which can be debunked by a simple Google search.
Another thing is that they claim to have found evidences during several excursions, but pictures of it weren't shown, here's a piece of a report
from an excursion the made into the Dulce area, they search for an 'experimental' plane crash site:
"The other two trees were smaller [approximately 12 to 20 inches in diameter]. There was evidence of fire with these. Samples of [these] trees were
also taken. Between the second tree and the third tree we found large pieces of what appeared to be part of the first tree. One piece was burnt while
next to it was one that had not been burned. Samples were taken. While searching for physical evidence, a standard issue style ball-point pen was
found. This is of the same type used by the U.S. Government but can also be purchased by the general public. Strange to have been found in such a
remote place as this canyon. The alleged crash area showed a large SEMI-CIRCULAR area with new vegetation. The area above the semi-circular area was
covered with new vegetation also. Samples of the soil of this area were taken. "
Where are the photos i always ask myself then?
Due to all of these small things i think this book is far from reliable.
