I don't understand why people cannot back exploration? I agree with THENEO's comments, there are "concrete" reasons for Mars. The ISS is out of date and is not going to further our exploration orbiting the earth. It's time to actually "EXPLORE" space and its opportunities.

but how would we get all that there in the first place? we'd have to send it to the moon until the moon base can start producing it's own products. otherwise it'll just be more and more expensive than going direct to mars.
