eugenics and denver

i was reading brave new world and i read about the denver airport before hand and i was wondering could the coffin murals (three women in coffins, african-american, jewish, native american) be hinting eugenics? i mean since women bear kids (duh) the death of these women represent the whole beings.

who really knows the real answer, just want honest opinions what it represents.
