BB HELP! Image Host on Post

couldnt find the help forum so i figured current events was as good as any. this can be deleted as it has no relevance but plese give it at least 15 minutes so i can see the answer.

how do i insert an image into my post and not an external image. the only example i found was the ]img[ pic/blah.jpg ]/img[ i know my brackets are backwards but......please help.

By using imageshack website (www.imageshack.us) will allow your images to be appeared without "External link" text. The rest which are hosted different will be put up as "External link"
