the original picture looks like it could be a street light and the pole/'metal part of it was just photoshop-ed out and blended in to fit with the rest of the picture. I don't know though. I do speak spanish but didn't feel like watching all the way through, sorry

He said that it wasn't a helicopter, because you'd be able to hear the blades. Jaime said that at the time no helicopter or aircraft we reported in the area. It was also said that it was too late in the evening to be a play of light in the atmosphere. I saw this on TV a little while ago. Great interview. And the guest is a very well spoken and intelligent person. He didn't say it was a craft of any kind. But he did say he didn't know what the hell it was.

Find any similarities?

Jaime Maussan is a joke, every single picture he analyzes ends with the same conclusion: 'It can't be explained, so it must be ET'. If you guys knew spanish, and watched every single video of this guy, you woud laugh, I'm dead serious about it. I would have been happy to translate this video if he wasn't there, but he is, so sorry about it. But just to give you an idea, he is trying to relate a minor blackout in the city with the picture shot by Mr. Alvarado.

Yep.. This cinches it. It's nothing of importance.

Thanks!

I don't understand why they say there was a blackout during the sighting. I don't think the entire city is being lit up with candles and flashlights.

The blackout happened near midnight.
The picture was claimed to have been taken minutes before midnight.
The media bundled the two events.

Anyways, here is more proof that this was taken with long exposure:

Notice 3 or 4 cars leaving a light trail behind them.

If not a real UFO, this reminds me of all these talks about satellites using HAARP can create a hologram of lights/images/ufos in our sky!

This picture, it looks like those weathercams that you get on your local news station. You know when they tell you what the weather is going to look like and they give you a view of the city. So if that's what this picture really is and they had really caught a ufo on camera, wouldn't they rather show that?

I am thinking its a weathercam because it says 4TV and has the time and temperature and the bottom right of the screen.

Thoughts anyone?

I may end up regretting this post, but I still want to see what people think...I saw the suppose original pic on the video and it didn't have the whole 4TV logo on it, I am confused

Jaime is basically asking him if he saw any kind of aircraft around when he took the picture, the guy responded by saying no he did not see any aircraft at the time of the picture the guy said he saw the light exactly as it is shown on the picture thats all he basically asked

If the photo is, in fact, showing landing lights of an aircraft on its landing approach to an airport, then we are witnessing an aircraft that is about to crash.

Aircraft landing lights are installed on the leading edges of wings and landing gear for the sole purpose of illuminating, for many feet if not miles, the area that is directly in front of the aircraft, where its heading, and not directly below it, as is shown in the photo.

It could be long exposure/helicopter. But to me my first thoughts were this is taken through glass, and there is a light on the room behind the cameraman _ reflection of light on the glass.
