My good friend attended the Blue Angels Jet Flying show at Mather Air Force base (Rancho Cordova, Ca) next to my work.
He took digital camera shots of the jets like everyone else that was there, I downloaded the pics from his camera to my computer and we found
this pic to have a visiter almost acting like it is mimicing the jets pattern of
flight..... what do you guys think???

Full res pic link is here:

I couldn't rule out a bird, about 100 feet away, flying from left to right.

Prolly a birdie.

Trying like hell to get out of the way!

But then again, it kind of looks like a fish, too!

Is it spawning season in Rancho Cordova?

But seriously, do you have any more shots that could help to establish the setting, the angle of shadows and such?

The pole in the shot, to the right, (doesn't show until you open the pic in another window) has me puzzled; are the evenly spaced angled lines shadows or something else?

But it really does look like a bird...

Being from West Texas and examining the picture closely, it looks like a white neck dove to me. Of course I don't know if these birds are common in that geographical location.

It looks like a bird with wings at the top of their stroke as it flys up and to the right. IMO.

The marks on the pole seem to be the climbing spikes that are screwed into the pole to aid linemen working on the poles.

Ok, now I see it.

The shadows cast by the spikes are directly in line with their apparent angle.

Which makes the dark side of the object, the birds belly, no?

And it's beak would be to the right and facing up.

Pigeon?

No wait, a Fox Sparrow?

A very scared pigeon.

The interesting thing is this is how a UFO would appear though. The camera is centered on the jets, as the subject of he shot, and something shows up unexpectedly. This time it was a bird. But you can see that this was an honest anomaly, and not one of those staged hoaxes.

Yes, Pigeons and White Neck Doves look exactly alike with the exception that he Pigeons are larger.

It took me too long to edit my last post, dang, we're quick here!

It looks smaller than a pigeon though, and they usually fly around in a flock.

I'm leaning towards a Fox Sparrow?

I agree this is a bird, a pigeon in fact, with it's wings tucked back in stride. This picture shows the tail feathers and head. You can almost make out its feet too.

Unfortunately, from a glance it looks like a typical saucer shaped UFO but with a slight simple rotate, focus, crop and zoom, this object is clearly organic.

And although without sleek streamline metalic edges, there is a possibility of organic interplanetary craft I have to go with the crowd and call the bird card.
