Hey brother, you might want to check into getting some glutamine. Another thing is it sounds like you're lifting opposite muscle groups. That's
good, as that's what got me the best results, but you need to remember that after you have a full workout of triceps, you're working them again when
you do chest workouts, and vice-versa with biceps and back.
I don't know what your workout regime is, but try to get at least a couple of days rest between doing arms and torso. For example:
Mon- chest&back
Wed- legs
Fri- arms
That way, you're getting at least 2 days rest between working muscle groups again and again.
And to answer your question, you can tell if you overtrain yourself when you're still in the gym and you lose your pump. If you go from feeling the
'pump' to it being gone, you have just overworked that muscle group.
