Steven Bassett says he puts the best odds in the next administration on a Hillary/Richardson ticket. President Clinton and James Woolsey were denied access to the secret projects, how is she going to pull it off? The media will be all over this stuff.

There never going to talk about it. Look guilliani brought it up, and hes nowhere at the mo.

We'll never know the truth, just accept that. Today everything is blurred. Even if there was an alien attack, how would you know its real or not, because of the tech usa have today. You just wouldn't, so how can you believe anything about this stuff anymore.

She and Bill will do nothing to further disclosure. They had the chance in the 90's and dropped the ball. They are much more concerned with power and legacy than satisfying public curiosity.

Agreed, she will never push for disclosure. Hillary is also big on censoring, so I don't see how anyone would think she would want disclosure.

If these aliens are here than maybe it's them that are still insisting on mantaining limited disclosure?

And maybe they have to wait until other supposed worlds agree with it and bring the rest of our world up to speed? There may actually be some major castastrophe in our near future and maybe they don't want to alarm us about it until then? Something seems to be in the planning with or without our knowledge.

I think it's rather presumptuous and naive to expect the Clintons to do this if we vote for them. That would be just too typical of politicians to give us the wink and a nod and then never pay up claiming their....um hands are still tied like JFK said. We may as well vote for Criss Angel for president.

I would agree, but when Greer reports the Clintons 'refused' to disclose further on the matter, James Woolsey stated that they could not disclose programs they have no access or control, which highlights the power behind them.

But I still doubt the Clintons will budge on the issue, especially now that Hillary is running for president.

I've never thought the key to disclosure would ever be through a president, a few have tried in the past, but obviously lack the clearance required. The President remember is nothing more that an 'avatar' or a kind of 'puppet', for the true government. The President has some power of course, but remember they have' speech writers, and a whole load of advisors there as well, i'm not to sure they make a lot of their own descisions, the most important quality a president must have is the ability to improvise when faced with tough public scrrutiny, and anywhere else for that matter.

This is part of the puzzle too. If anything, the aliens don't care either way about letting the public know they are here or that they even exist.

It could go one of two ways -- they don't care, or they don't want us to know.

We are all so desperate for disclosure that, some of us who still looks upon the government as a source of classified information would choose someone we 'think' has ANY hope at all of retrieving it. Desperate times calls for desperate measures.

I believe the ETs will show themselves, and I believe they will show ONLY when most of us are mature enough to accept it.

I don’t think even if Hillary wonted or even had the access to disclose, she couldn’t bring it out…… because I’m about 100 percent sure it’s not up to us whether the truth comes out…..it’s up to the aliens……and I think the aliens will only come forwards when they think humanity is ready to deal with them, to accept them…..and I think everyone knows that’s not going to happen anytime in the next decade or century with war and racial issues the way they are…….religion and all……..2012 not happening….

I guess it would be like going into the Amazon jungle, kidnapping a child from some sort of tribe….and letting it loose in New York…..it has no clue wtf is going on…..it would be in complete and total panic…..and probably couldn’t deal with what it’s seeing…..

Just like if alien’s came down right now in spaceships all over the world….I guess there would be the few million or so who just might be able to stomach such a new reality……but I think most couldn’t…….the way I see it….and the way I’ve been reading it on the web, is the government is trying slowly to get us used to aliens through the media and a few large sightings ( the phoenix lights, and those large triangular craft) ….and so it could very well be that the NASA tether footage was put out into the public on purpose by the government……to reassure the people who are starting to pic up on all this…that disclosure is a work in progress……

I really dont think that "disclosure " will ever happen as far as the US Government is concerned. It will most likely always be denied, in our lifetime.

There is absolutely no reason for it anyway. It would most likely do far more bad than good, contesting the majority of the modern religious belief systems. What president wants that hanging over their heads? especially around reelection time. The majority of simple minded people wouldn't be able to handle it or understand it for that matter.

I also think that the majority of people in this country just simply dont care about the UFO issue. It has always been the brunt of ridicule in this country and I am sure that will remain for years. I feel most people are concerned about how to get by in life and not what watching over us in the sky.

I really think that until the aliens or UFO's or whatever are ready to show themselves they will.... but not in our lifetime, I dont think that the world is ready.

Are you serious, the Clintons revealing a secret? Only if it meant votes or more power. Make no mistake, they only care about power and there is no profit in releasing government info.

If she becomes a president all she will do is ask for information. She will be denied because she won't have the necessary clearance. Case closed.

Only a very strong, independent individual as president could force dislosure by busting the current system open. That would mean a full out war between the white house and the pentagon.

We all know that such people are not elected presidents nowadays. You become president because you are well connected, come from a connected family/business or form some shady alliances. Last independent president was Kennedy and we know what happened to him.

Disclosure is not in the Presidents control.

Disclosure implies some control.

Trillions of unaccounted dollars should be enough proof for anyone.

Enough proof that the public govt has no control over Disclosure.
