Here's a drawing of a U.F.O. in a USMC manual written in 1976.

I think the author Alfonso Serrano pretty much 'hit the nail on the head' by saying "Could they be telling us something?"

That picture always used to give us good laughs. I remember being handed that book in Boot Camp and seeing the picture of the UFO and wondering just what i was trying to say.

In the sketch of the guy on the phone seeing the ufo looks nice and calm, I know I wouldn't be!,
wasn't there also a firefighters or fema manual released a few years ago that illustrated procedures in event of a downed ufo?

Yeah kinda makes you wonder, I mean ufo's are not supposed to exist right? but there they are and you are supposed to calmly report it to your superior..
