best European counrty to move to?

sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, mods can move it if they like.

I have been planning to move out of the U.S soon and yes im going to miss it but everyday it's turning into more and more of a facism, my first choice of a country was Switzerland it was Perfect then I found out they still had mandatory military draft for EVERY Swiss citizen !!

anyway here's a list of what im looking for in a country

.very small/libetarian government

.no sighns of rights disapearing (reminds me of "someone":@@

. neutral in wars

. people who are willing to FIGHT government if it gets out of hand (think Greece)

. still have decent technology you know so I can talk to you on my computer from there


Any suggestions?

I'd say Luxembourgh. Highest per capita income, wealthiest per capita country, no wars, ever. Small country that has it's sheeite together.
