SAO PAULO, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- The Brazilian government has logged12 suspected instances of yellow fever in recent weeks, leading scores of people to seek vaccinations.
Officials suspect the man who died in the Brazilian capital may have been suffering from the viral disease and if their suspicions prove correct it would mark the first urban case of yellow fever in the country since 1942.
