US would regret Pakistan operation- Musharaf

"If they come without our permission, that's against the sovereignty of Pakistan. I challenge anybody coming into our mountains. They would regret that day," he said in the interview.

Pakistan warns US

So it comes down to this?

Theres has been a lot of threads concerning the Pak nukes and the US Special Forces ready to snatch them. But now as the US prepares to cross the Afghan broder the Pakistan makes it clear: No US troops will enter without our permission.

In my opinion, the US is ready to cutaway his WOT ally. Could this be the spark that will ignite the region? Will the Us cross into Pakistan anyway?

We might, if we really wanted to get OBL that bad, which we don't.

He's too effective as a bogeyman, as long as he's out there, the defense industrial complex can count on a blank check from the American taxpayer every year.

The US is in no position to engage in a military confrontation with Pakistan.
We outgun them significantly, but not so much in their home territory.

Not to mention, dumb as our leaders are, they're not dumb enough to pick a fight with a nuclear power. Toothless opponents are much more our style.

Musharaf has used and misled the U.S

U.S should not support this crazy nuke-tipped dictator anymore after he made his intentions clear about U.S ops in pak-afghan border.U.S should remember that even Hitler was a dictator and supporting dictators is as dangerous as roaming around with a snake in the armpit.
