Media slams Ron Paul

I don't post much but I just saw this....

If a thread has already been posted I apologize and the mods may delete my thread. I think it is unfortunate that the media is labeling his supporters as crazy people and they extract this to further discredit him.

None of the newsletters CNN found says who wrote them, but each was published under Paul's name between his stints as a U.S. congressman from Texas.

Its sad really. They can't dig up any dirt on him so they make stuff up. If that is as close as they can come to finding something on him they should just give up.

They are saying Ron Paul is racist and no one should vote for him because...

A paper with his name on it contained so called "racist remarks" .. but no one knows who wrote the papers to begin with, though it has been validated that he did not write them himself?

This is a pretty low blow, I think they are hoping that Paul supporters will see this and drop affiliation with him. Who wants to vote for him and be labeled a racist? I however see it as the pathetic smear attempt that it is, if the worst they have on him is this it is not only a bunch of political BS, but also assuring to me. It makes me feel good also that they choose to attack him in such a pathetic manner, they must be scared, and that makes me oh so happy
