Anyone else really lazy with their diet?

I used to go to a lot of effort now I can't be bothered.

Just now I ate 250 gm of cheese with crackers and a jar of olives, that will be my dinner.

The other night, I had a can of corn for dinner.

LOL

I can't say that I am a lazy eater, but my mom is! I love to cook, and I'm darn proud of it! But my mom, although she is an exelent cook would rather opt out for a bowl of Cheerios or some other cereal. Thats all she eats. I'm not sure if that makes her a lazy eater or a lover of cereal....

I used to be, But i now look at quick but fresh meals, Really its not much more effort,

Lol the way i look at it is, we have to keep our selfs in the best shape we can, The times that we now live in demands that, Who knows when we may need to run, jump climb... I kinda see it as a survival skill now

Well thats my excuse for my latest fad diet lol!

Yeh sometimes i'll snack instead of eating a proper meal but my wife lets me get away with it because i demolish left overs. Nothing goes to waste in my house.
This morning i had left over chicken curry on toast with noodles left over from the night before. mmmmmmmmmm.

Yeah, well, I get the craving once in awhile and boil one block of dried, ramon noodles when noone is around -- shhh
. It's the stuff I grew up on during my childhood days and much tastier with garlic salt, I might add -- haaah: Can you smell it?. I'm the ultimate lazy person and dieting is almost impossible when 'Maw' does most of the cooking around the house, anyway -- hehehe.

I wouldn't say I'm lazy when it comes to cooking. I can just never find anything that sounds good. It seems to be an all day thinking process to even make a decision on what or even where I want to eat. I have even resorted to putting stuff on peices of paper and drawing them out of a hat!

Lately I have been working as an extra in the movies.

I had no idea how well movie people were treated. Catering trailers for meals that will make you anything you can imagine. And astonishing buffetts for breakfast and lunch.

Snack tables in all the holding areas W/fruit, nuts, chips, granola, candy, pretzels, soda, fruit juice, designer water, coffee, herbtea etc.

I'm suprised that there isn't a bar.

And this is for the crew. I can't even imagine what is available for the big dogs.

This is a Lazy persons dream in reguards to food.

I can't be lazy with food, I have kids and my fiance has type 2 diabetes so I have to plan and cook meals. I am getting tired of cooking all the time though and it would be nice if someone else in the house cooked once in a while!

If the kids are gone though, a lot of times we will just open a can of soup, make sandwiches or go out.

Sleep is important, but nutrition is as well. Right now I'm a pretty lazy eater, but mostly because my cooking skills are so limited, hehe. Eating healthy isn't difficult, though, simple rice, chicken and vegetable dishes are the way to go.
