what do blind people 'see' when they dream???

i think about this sometimes...not people that have gone blind but people that were born blind.

when we dream, we 'see' things.

last night i had a dream that my wife and i had a nice panhead. the colors and all that. i saw it all in my dream.
now if you were blind from birth, what would you see?

if you had no idea what anything looked like, what would you see?
blind people do dream.......

I would imagine that the dreams that a blind person "sees" would depend upon whether they were blind from birth or not.

I once asked that very same question of a friend of mine who is blind. He said that he dreams and "sees" stuff just like all of his dreams before he went blind. As far as what those who have been blind from birth.....my friend said that those ppl often dream in concepts.

I know that that is a rather vague concept in itself. I couldn't imagine what "conceptual dreaming" would be all about.
