this really pisses me off, why the hell do people use the term Whining when they reply to others?

i mean seriously do they even know what Whining means ?

One of the definitions of whining is to complain. When someone continually complains I think of them as a whiner.

I'm not sure I totally understand where you are coming from. Please give an example.

We might as well get this figured out as I really can't tolerate a person that is always whining.

Possibly you are correct in thinking many people do not understand what whining means.
