Save Africa

Homless citizens make up the highest percentage of rapists, crack dealers and users and public maulings. So why are we putting Americas cutting edge out in the field to help them.

So what is the point you're trying to make?

If it's that we should be helping Africa instead of our own homeless, then I'd have to disagree. There's no point in letting our society erode away so as to improve another. In doing that, we would become just another responsibility and burden on the rest of the world.

However, we do have enough resources to help both groups, and there's no reason we shouldn't, except that a great deal of African nations and those in power over there don't want our help and have a very negative image of us.
