O'Reilly is a liberal populist that never fully supported the Bush administration though many thought he did. His opinions are effected like a leaf in the wind.
He has been spooked by Al Franken too many times!
What bothers me about this article and "if" O'Reilly said this also, was the continued use of "immenent threat". Number of deeply thrashed threads here on this issue.
I still vioce that "immenent threat" was not the reasons for which this administration gave (ie: support of terrorism, failure to disclose WMD information per numerous UN resolutions, thus causing past and/or old intelligence to remain as 'active' or still 'good', etc.), though many will interpret it otherwise....I will respect that and nuff' said on it.
Another problem with O'Reilly, is that he is a self-righteous pompous ass who thinks his # don't stink (probably why his book flopped), but hey, he is entitled to his opinions and beliefs, as we all are.
