Satallite TV Feeds over the internet?

Has any one heard of Satallite TV Feeds over the internet? I had a friend ask me if its ligit and I was able to find 2 websites via google that offer such a service. Both run about 50 bucks, but what makes me nervious is the amount of customer testimonials, the fact that they say its 100% Legal too often, and no monthly fee simply cannot be possable.
