I've been digging into the FCC records around the Nellis range. This path is actually over the Nellis range. It starts from the TTR and ends up in
Vegas.
These are google earth kmz files. I'm not sure how the forum will handle them. You can try "add network link" or just save the files then open
them.

The route runs
N37 47 11.7 W116 45 22.2 Tonopah Test Range, probably on the Sandia water tower
to
N37 12 46.8 W116 19 25.1 echo peak
N37 12 46.8 W116 19 25.1 echo peak
to
N36 56 03.8 W116 04 13.1 building 18 at the NTS
N36 56 03.8 W116 04 13.1
to
N36 19 06.8 W115 34 31.0
N36 19 06.8 W115 34 31.0
to
N36 08 27.8 W115 10 18.0
where the last point is some building in Vegas.
These licenses are owned by Verizon "Select", which I assume has sent up private microwave links for the Department of Energy. This building is not
known to me to be a DOE facility.
