Every time I start up IE, I get a "Page cannot be found" error every where I go. I tried detecting network settings but that did not work. Any ideas on what is causing this problem?

Wrong browser

Try Mozilla Firefox instead!

Before you switch browsers though, check with you ISP to make sure they're not having any problems on their end. I have SBC and they were down for a short time due to the latest virus that came out.

I would combine both responses above.

Check its not your providers problem. Download another browser and see if you get the same error.

If you do then its at the host side, if not then its IE's fault.

I suggest Opera, from Opera.com
