Help removing cowl from 2002 Ranger/B2300

I have to replace my wiper motor on my 2002 Mazda B2300 and can't see how to get the cowl off.

Anybody know how it comes off?

should be some cheapo plastic screws or maybe some 8milli screws...might have to pop the hood
