actually just to let you know if the Washington Monument measures 555 ft and 20% of the structure is said to be underground then it would have a total
height of 693.75 feet. Not the 666 ft your hinting at.

If 555 ft is above ground and that represents 80% of the structure then you would divide 555ft by 0.80 which = 693.75 ft. and to double check just
take 80% of 693.75 ft and you will get 555 ft
