Rather curious that we're, that is, American companies, are "in cahoots" with Chinese firms, among others, to develop "21st century warfighter" capabilities.

Is this further evidence of the merging of regional governments into one overarching world authority, with the eventual goal of total control over all humanity?

Except for those self-appointed elites at the top, calling the shots of course.
