Does an alien base exist on the moon?


Several recent news articles regarding interest in the moon among nations which had never before expressed an interest make's one wonder...

1. The Chinese are planning a trip to the moon.
2. The Japanese recently launched an orbiter to the moon. Why?
Hasn't the lunar surface been thoroghly mapped ?
3. An probably the most intriging....
The UK is planning to launch a "probe" to "pierce" the lunar surface to study "earthquakes" on the moon for preparation of a lunar colony.

Could this "probe" to study "earthquakes" actually be a ground-burrowing nuke ? An underground lunar blast on the dark side of the moon would (1) Destroy (maybe) the perceived threat (2) Go undetected here on earth.

Some spirits tell me the reptoids have a base on the moon.

The Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter is scheduled for launch in the fall of 2008.
LCROSS is to be launched at the same time as the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, in the fall of 2008.

Now, if you take a look at the equipments of these missions, you'l find out that basically no-one is interested to the Moon's surface: the real reason of this mass race to the moon are natural resources, a perfect example is Helium-3
