Questioning my own beliefs

i just want you to know something:
do whatever the heck you want. it's your belief system, your personal freedom, so along as it doesn't infringe on ours or irritate us by spouting off the good word at every opportunity.

a good example to follow would be our new resident pagan (formerly nonreligious agnostic) Kacen. he's got the schtick down properly with his beliefs.

As long as it doesn't irritate? Well, sometimes madness, maybe you should do unto other as you would have them do unto you,no? The fatct that you are able to infiltrate your atheistic views on any thread, regardless of the topic, is a bit irritating. We could be talking about how chalk ius made and you would find some kind of way to insert you atheistic anti-God rhetoric into it...

Its so easy to worship God. The commands are very easy to uphold. Its baised on doing unto others ect..

And the Satanism your confused with is probably LaVeyan Satanism, which isn't really...ugh...

They call themselves Satanists, use stereotypical Satanic imagery literally to spite Christians, and they merely identify with Satan, they even admit to this. They don't actually believe in Satan, in essence, it's merely a philosophy. The philosophy basically being "an eye for an eye", though it's more complicated.

They are generally all atheists, not believing in God, Jesus, or Satan, or any other deity.

Personally, from my experience, most of them are annoying wannabes.

But since you pretty much believe any other religion besides Catholicism is Satan worship anyway, I sincerely doubt anything I previously said was little more than a waste.

Thats a bad way of putting it.

I believe Jesus created the Catholic church and is God, I dont like putting it in those hateful words.

The ones in others religions are important to God and he wants them to come home.

i meant irritate at every opportunity. it's ok for someone to be irritating sometimes, nobody is perfect. i'm quite sure that i can be irritating sometimes myself, but i'm just saying don't be irritating at every moment.

I probably haven't been as active as you "speakeroftruth", and haven't visited as many forums and threads, however, from what I've seen of madnessinmysoul, s/he only reponds to theistic declarations made by others. I wouldn't call answering something that's already irritating in one direction, irritating. At worst you could call it a counter-irritant.

So, while you may be annoyed because M-I-M-S's comments are effective, your criticism appears unwarranted.

I am trying to figure out where he stated that at in his post, oh wait he didn't. He said the catholics were satanists.

no JC, he said that I believe all religions but catholicism is satanism.

Every Christians who actually believe Jesus is God would fall under this category, but we wouldnt use those words.

That is your opinion. I have "known" Madness for as long as I have been here, I think Madness knows that I actually like him... I think he's a good person despite the fact I may not agree with him on some issues or the fact he "irritates" me.. Trust me though, I have seen madness come onto threads that had absolutely nothing to do with religioon, spirituality of atheism and find a way to insert his atheism into the conversation. I don't understand his reasoning for doing it...

Well I do have to say that from what I have read in the bible when i was a kid that jesus is supposed to be the son of god, not god right? But I could really care less. He could have been alive in those times, but just another person.

I do feel obligated to let you know though, as a minister for Christ, that having a good heart (see quote above) is only half of what will land you in a better place. In order to obtain eternal life (that better place) you must also declare Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior. Those who don't meet both requirements will be subject to judgment at Armageddon.

Please don't assume like so many others in this world, that you will have the time to just find out later once you leave this earth. Armageddon can come at anytime, and if you are unable to recognize the signs telling us that we're currently experiencing the Tribulation, it will come sooner than you expect.
