I had my license suspended under the Zero Tolerance law (I live in San Jose, CA) and today (12/12) is the last day of my suspension (I am now 20, I
was 19 when I was pulled over). I had a red light infraction also, but I did not get charged with a D.U.I. I payed the fee's for the red light and
for traffic school, and now I am wondering if I need to get a SR-22 form. Everywhere I read states that you need a SR-22 for your D.U.I. conviction,
but I did not get that charge. Can someone tell me if my insurance (AAA) will raise my rates drastically because I requested a SR-22 form, even though
I did not get a D.U.I.?
