I am wondering about this image

I solarized it and notice that it blotched up without any lighting errors around the neck. Now if you solarize an image made in CGI it is with hue and saturation in something like adobe, you don't get any lighting bloches, however this one bloches like real photo, and there is no unusal gradients on the neck to support that it is a model stretched.

Thanks man, I sent it to the disclosure project who where wondering where it came from, I think they only use google!!
