Yeah there is a difference between Arabic and Farsi (Persian), but there are some words in Farsi that came from Arabic...
My dad is Iranian so is my mom, but i never spoke the language very well... i understand it a bit.
Now what are you going for? (There is Egyptian, Saudi, and AUE) just like Eng., all these Arab countries have there own unique way of speaking
Arabic... lol.
For example, Americans speak differently then Australian.
Moreover, as I mentioned there are different accents for Arabic like the greetings in Arabic.
In the prophet Mohd. days the greetings always were “al-salam alaakom”
Now some people use: Sabah al-khar, sabah al-noor, halla, and salam.
In addition, when you want to say “how do you do?” it goes like this: Eshllonek, Ezaiek, keffek, sha-khbarik…
