UK U.F.O not kent Disclosure close?

I have been having PC problems so this is a late post but...
From my local paper there is a story with pics of a U.F.O sighting, But was seen in different parts of town over a time period. It was named the dorito U.F.O because of its shape and somebody claims to have video footage of it. With a influx of U.F.O sightings in the UK is the time nearing for full disclosure?

It is the top 3 stories as name dorito U.F.O. This is a reliable newspaper. What are your thoughts on this?
