Area s-4 Papoose Lake

Ok just went on google earth for the first time in about 3 months and they have a clear picture of the papoose dry lake bed, where the s-4 base is rumoured to be, i know the hangar doors are meant to be built into the side of the mountain to the east of the lake but i cant make out any indication at all of the presence of doors, i also know they are meant ot be camoed, but there would be some indication of the movement of a ufo down to the lake bed for testing but nothing, no pathway or track, i was a believer in the story but im having doubts now. anyone else any input.

I could have sworn I saw a Russian satellite image a couple of years ago that showed some weird structures imbedded in the side of the mountain. I think it was reporter George Knapp that showed them on the KLAS TV web-site?

I noticed the up grade too. I looked around and saw roads that go around the area. If there are doors in the side of the hill, it's possible they were placed under an overhang to aid in hiding from passing satellites. As for signs of activity on the ground. It's possible that the area is concreate painted to match the surrounding area.

So I'm still on the fence about whether or not there's something out there, but the resolution is still a ways from being good enough to see small ground level details.

honestly I dont think anything relating to UFO's or what Lazar or Edgar Fosche claims is there, and those images are not detailed enough to validate the claim.

If the hangers do exist they most likely contain recovered aircraft from the cold war on up e.g.: Russian Migs, Sukhoi Su-30MKK fighter(china), Azarakhsh fighter jet(Iran)
and so on. If other countries knew we had those jets it would not be good for foreign policy.

I think that people get way to carried away with area 51 folklore. There is an earthly explanation for most of what goes on there. Remember all the sightings in the 80s that Lazar referred to and to wait near the "black mailbox" to see the night sky? That was easily explained by the release of Northrop Grumman's F117 (nighthawk)stealth fighter in 1988. They tested and developed that plane there. If that doesn't look like a UFO I dont know what does.

Thats just my two cents anyway.

I'm sure you are all aware, but for those who are not, satellite images are intentionally blurred to hide sensitive information.

A quick look on wikipedia shows no less than thirty four areas, in the US ONLY, which are intentionally blurred in google maps.

Area 51 is specifically mentionned: "Images of Area 51 have been known to have been removed by TerraServer-USA"
