Confessions of a Covert Agent
Psychological Operations are my specialty

Global Research, December 3, 2007
artofmentalwarfare.com - 2007-12-02

The author of the text below claims to be highly experienced in covert intelligence programmes and psychological operations - psyops. Interestingly, he charges that Robert Gates personally helped rig the presidential elections of 2000 an 2004 via massive computer fraud. Stating that this opinion is taken for granted throughout the US intelligence community, the author warns against future elections manipulated via computer fraud. He paints a vivid and disturbing picture of the levels of moral depravity now surging out of the Neocon volcano.

Worth reading and remembering.

The Art of Mental Warfare Editor's Note

This message comes from an anonymous source believed to be within the US intelligence community. Some of the statements cannot be verified for authenticity, but the general themes and references speak for themselves. I’ve researched everything that is possible to research and it all stands up. I have no reason to believe any of this is untrue. Read it and decide for yourself.
Psychological Operations are my specialty. PsyOps

Everything I've done has been highly classified, all black programs and black operations. Some people I know thought I worked for the CIA, but it's much more complicated than that. I've worked with people in the CIA, DIA, NSC, NSA, SAIC, Army Intel and many more lesser known agencies within the intelligence apparatus.

Before focusing on PsyOps I started out running covert combat missions, special operations. I was good at what I did and rose through the ranks fast. When the "War on Terror" started I was paid a lot of money to consult with private military contractors. When private paramilitary units needed to get the jobs done that paid the most money they would come to me with checkbooks filled with US taxpayer dough.

I've seen the worst things imaginable, hell on earth. Had friends die in my arms. Seen piles of rotten corpses. Seen men, women and children tortured. I've seen the eyes of terrified and confused children being sold into a vicious life of slavery and an early death.

I could get a lot more graphic, but you get the idea.

That was my life, and all along I was told that I was fighting for freedom and working for the "good guys." What a ridiculous comment that is! In the black world, that is, in the covert world, there aren't any "good guys" — just varying degrees of evil.

what a read!

rigging the elections was just a small part of the quoted document.

whether or not the person who wrote this piece is actually a former covert agent, it is a harrowing representation of the condition of our world. i recommend that everyone read it....particularly his 7 recommendations of what needs to change.

To be honest with you I haven't read the whole thing yet, it looked like the kind of thing worth getting out to ATS members though.

It was an interesting read, and I am not surprised at what was covered in it. I forwarded it on to some of my buddies. If anything, it perpetuates feelings of hopelessness. There are certainly channels and organizations set up for those in power to carry out acts of negative entropy to maintain homeostasis within that system.

I'm not surprised. Forwarded it to everyone I could think of.

Great find, submitter.

I have to say it was a good read. Corruption runs deep on capitol hill and beyond. So whats new?

It occurred to me while reading that, that when he was talking about the repetition of advertising being similar to the repetition of Saddam and WMD's; I was thinking about, I think it was, Goebbels who said something like if you repeat a lie long enough it becomes truth...

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the state can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie ... The truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the state."

Everyone knows that Gore really won the 2000 election, Bush cheated/rigged it with the Florida uncounted votes. Who knows that other states that bush rigged with false and uncounted votes. Also my biggest "WTF?!" moment of all time is the 2004 election, I mean how in the hell bush won? That day in 2004 when all the news stations especially Fox News were saying every 6.66 seconds that bush won the election. That day I lost all faith in man kind...

Great Find!

I am in your debt for bringing this to my attention.

The more attention on this the better I would say, agreed?

I assume you didn't read the link. The rigged elections was probably the least significant part of the article. Good read.

I don't know if that was the exact day I lost faith in man kind but it was close. I for sure lost faith in my countrymen. All I knew was that if the American people had legitimately elected Bush for a SECOND term I no longer wanted to live amongst them. It seemed impossible to me, just like the Daily Mirror, that so many people could be so DUMB.

However, like someone else pointed out the "rigged election" bit of that document wasn't even the most important part. Excellent read Raoul flagged & starred. I'm sure a lot of people have been thinking these things for a long time.

Assuming this was not written by an ex-covert agent, and I am assuming that, whoever wrote it shows some amount of intelligence and appears to have done some amount of research. I don't think there's anything blatantly wrong about anything mentioned in this and I think we all could glean at least a little from it.

Why do I assume it was not written by an ex-covert agent? I was surprised by how carelessly some colorful metaphors and euphemisms were tossed around as well as by the intentional (yet grammatically correct) abbreviations of so many words. I guess I just expect better writing from someone chosen to run covert psy-op tasks. Regardless, the structure and flow is good - maybe I'm wrong.

More on operation MOCKINBIRD (today):

After Philip’s suicide in 1963, Katharine Graham took over the Post. Seduced by her husband’s world of government and espionage, she expanded her newspaper’s relationship with the CIA. In a 1988 speech before CIA officials at Langley, Virginia, she stated:

We live in a dirty and dangerous world. There are some things that the general public does not need to know and shouldn’t. I believe democracy flourishes when the government can take legitimate steps to keep its secrets and when the press can decide whether to print what it knows.

No, the LEFT "knows" this...

In the end, Bush had more votes according to the NYC/USA Today recount stories. Whether they "rigged" it before the recount is another story.

OK.. so you are saying you had multiple video feeds that you were watching and you noticed that every 6.66 seconds they were saying "Bush Won".. ESPECIALLY Fox news?

This is why so many of "us" are dismissed.
This kind of complete nonsense.

No group can be taken seriously when we have people like this telling everyone what we all KNOW and sprouting "facts" based on personal opinion.

You did NOT watch all the feeds, you did NOT see Fox "especially" tout Bush as the winner.

In Fact, in 2004 most exit polling showed KERRY winning most of the day INCLUDING Fox.

News organizatiosn are constantly trying to one up each other and constantly trying to get a prediction or trend to report to their viewers, they do not wait until all the polls close to name a winner.

Please people, can't we be HONEST??

As far as what this "ex-covert agent" has written, why is it so easy for most of you to run with something based soley on the fact that you agree with it?

I admit I lean toward the "right" but at least I don't believe every horse story to come out of a conservative outlet.

Are you referring to the election excerpt or the majority (or even entirety) of his 'rant'?

Some designated body, if not of Congress?, then of the next D-President really needs to take a very-close look at the elected-powers of this admin.
There really is something wrong here. As much as I really did not like Bush Senior, he did not seem as evil-minded (paranoid) as this President seems to have become on or before 09/11/01.

I haven't gotten through the entire read, but I skimmed it to see where exactly this ex-PsyOp's credentials were, and I found none. How am I suppose to believe this based solely on hearsay evidence from a source who's validity can't be proven or negated? ATS is about denying ignorance, and I'd be pretty ignorant to jump into the band wagon of believers in this article when it can't be verified substantially. Any decent writer who's done decent research, can claim to be someone and fabricate a story to try and persuade people one way or another. Again, where are the credentials and why should I believe this without the knowing the legitimacy of the source?
