This is silly on so many levels.
First, consider that there is no advantage to protecting or observing an Alien 'threat' buzzing the Earth by having a base on the Moon.
Would you set up a forward base to protect, oh say, Miami, by putting a base in Alaska, or in India?
Sheesh.
By the time we observed anything or tried to defend anything 'buzzing the Earth' it would be done and gone.
Now I'm not saying a base on the Moon is completely useless. But the value would be minor, for assistence wrt a specific threat; there's no 'timely
response' possible.
The Moon -is- the "High Ground" for problems from other countries on EARTH, maybe, but it's like I said before, putting up another ancient fixed
cannon using gunpowder and cannonballs will not help you against an F-15, loaded with missiles, and flying at Mach speeds.
Second, feeling educated on the problem by reading Corso and listening to Greer? That's laughable, even if you're somewhat a fan of what they
say.
Greer's bordering on the goofy and Corso's nonsense is, what, 10 years old?
Now if this Gentleman had been briefed by someone in the know, or seen something probative, that's another story.
I'm amazed he feels no concern for his career going on TV with the scantest of, shall we say 'evidence', that consists of unsupported
'stories'?
I mean, come out but at least have something than a 10 year old book and a New-Ager as your 'proof'.
Maybe this guy is just a straight-laced dude who never went to a bookstore and he's got 'stars in his eyes'?
In fact this, imo, makes Disinformation specialists roll on the floor laughing as they prepare to use this to make the ET hypothesis look even more
outlandish. You let something out, someone bites, and you make them look stupid...as if this guy needed any help.
2 cents.
