Hi, I would just like to comment on your service. My mom recently went to one of your locations here in Aurora Colorado. It was discovered that she had some sort of disease that had made it's way into her lower jaw. So she set another appointment only to be turned away because you guys wont take her insurance, how ever, at her first visit, you guys said you would... Now heres the real issue. Do you guys expect my mom to DIE if she doesn't have money up front?

I really think you need to change your motto of "We'll Be There When You Need Us." Because we needed you, and you turned us away. So your moto is false advertisement.
