hello, my name is Nick, Im new just thought I would like to say hi to everyone.
I have a few questions;
1. Where can I discuss the british empire? I have just finished reading Empire by Niall Ferguson and found it interesting, I would like to discuss a particular staement by Harold Macmillan about the march to the 3rd britsih empire and I would like to discuss if this was ever an option or weather it still is (hopefully.
2. What are the main rules on these forums ?

Thank in advance
Nick
