Actually, driving is a privilege, and not a right. It requires a license, which can only be obtained once a written test and road test are passed. Were it a right, passing such tests would not be required.

Any activity that requires a license is, in fact, a privilege.

its a right to be able to get a license. rather you pass or not is just a provision.

I agree with you, but to clarify:
Everyone has the same right to apply for, and attempt to get a license. But you do not have a right to a license.

And I hate PETA (even though I love animals). Actually, I hate PETA Text I love animals.
