Possible Explanation of Flying Humanoid Sightings?

Hey folks. I haven't posted in quite a while...but is seemed like y'all kept the situations well in hand. Whilst in my virtual travels the other day, I cam across some interesting vintage video that MAY give some clarity to the various "flying humanoid" sightings in North America and Mexico. While this video has been "enhanced" it serves ONLY as an example of what has been captured "in the wild", if you will. NOW for the interesting video:

This 60's vintage video is of a flying platform being prototyped for use by the Military at that time. Please note the flying characteristics as it compares to the "example" video...Interesting, eh?

I think the first thing to do with any of these sightings is to eliminate the possibility that they're not just inflated black garbage bags or garbage bag kites. Maybe they aren't. But until the possibility is eliminated, that's still the most likely explanation.
