The reason the judicial system is easy going

Like not finding cures to diseases, our judicial system works much the same way as western medical practice - it is better to sell something that manages the problem than to rather solve the problem.

This is the motto of our judicial system in America.

Have you ever noticed, for example, how the majority of traffic can flow down a highway and then slow down suddenly when a state trooper is waiting with a radar gun? How about repeat offenders getting minimal sentences and having multiple convictions for the same crime above and beyond believability?

Those two are just examples, but I am sure you the reader can understand the idea. The law is not in business to prevent crime or solve the problem of crime, but as a token arm of the government to make appearances of law and order within civilian society. This is why you can see many forms of law-breaking occur on a daily basis and nothing is done about it. It is not that different from the perspective of a police officer. They see what you see, but unless it is a blatant violation of the law, they are not obliged to do anything about it because that would actually put them out of business.

This is why the police and courts will never abolish or completely conquer crime through laws or force because it guarantees they will no longer be needed. They have to allow some crime to support their perceived need.

Carry this concept out to the rest of the world and governments and you have the current situation we are in.
