Well I am an -on the verge- vegetarian, meaning I rarely will consume meat products. However...I agree with this, soy isn't really a top quality
health food. I was drinking soy milk for awhile and I did notice digestive issues that I didn't have just drinking regular organic milk. I would
think if you need protein go with other beans like lima, kidney, black, or even eggs if you're not vegan....
