I want to know if anyone has done any DIY HAARP experiments of their own here.
Building a lower powered HAARP device is a relatively simple project as is the radio telescope necessary to produce both a ping/pong effect.

No, you won't be boiling or burning holes in the ionosphere...well unless you're ballsy and don't fear the government showing up at your front door.

After reviewing a lot of documentation over the years and seeing just what it is they're doing with these low power transmissions that they then compress and pulse to produce a momentary peak in the equivalent of the billion watts necessary to manipulate the ionosphere, a deranged techy like myself could actually easily recreate this in his/her own backyard.
