Thief, is there a new one on the horizon?

Hello all.

Playing one of my fav games of all time last night Thief: Deadly Shadows.

I read in a magazine agggges ago that although the creators Iron storm and Looking Glass have shutdown that Bethesda was considering buying the rights to Thief and making a new game.

Anyone else heard this or was it just some smackhead making stuff up???

Well the last I herd, the thief project is over. WHich is too bad, those were fun games. I have the collection, but I can only pla deadly shadows as my PC is too good to play the others. Those games had good atmosphere for their times.
