The Yellowstone Caldera = Hell

I predict that the prophecy of Hel and the Lake of Fire will find it's fulfillment in the explotion of the Yellowstone Super Caldera.

You're not far off the mark. Check my signature for a link to the research. Also, earlier this week, I did a thematic map which took the Yellowstone Caldera and buffered a 600 mile radius around it (the danger zone) and using the Census numbers from 200 did a statistical analysis of the number of the population impacted by such an eruption. Somthing like 16 and a half million people and thats not couting the portion of Canada which I don't have population stats for yet. Still trying to include those.

Yes, and I think that the 9-11 and the "Mars mission" are diversions made to divert the opinion or the masses from the truth.

Oh and btw, just got som Canada numbers that are from 1996 which puts the total population within the 600 mile buffer at a shade over 26 million people. Now, that doesn't mean they'd all be goners just the zone that is predicted to be affected directly.

from what i thought, the "buffer zone" was where the debris and everything would be blown accross the nation, correct? have you taken into account the jet stream and otehr wind currents and the probably blowing of it all in a more eastern to southern from them? just out of curiosity, because then the "buffer zone" would be more elliptical than circular

Well, I can't buffer the Census blocks in an elipse. It looks elitptical on the mapbut thats because of the projection/datum I'm using.

Yes, and that was in response to? I simply said that I believe that 911 and Mars were staged in order to draw the minds of the masses away from the fact that Yellowstone seems to go off any day now....

This is one of the few things that scares me. This is a catastrophy waiting to happen and it's due to go off any time now with disasterous consequences.

I just hope it doesn't kill the billions of people that the predictions quote.

I wonder if i will be able to see it happen, Im on the 24th floor looking west in chicago. Im sure the earths curve will stop me from seeing it , unless it goes high enough.

The assumption that such a large Caldera will erupt suddenly and unlease massive energy like a Krakatoa or the lesser Mt. St Helens is not necessarily so.

There may be an event that is massive, but if the entire thing erupts, it might unfold over decades or hundreds of years of continuous releases. I think the geological record would reveal this idea. No doubt continental volcanoes do behave differently from say those on the Big Island of Hawaii, Kilauea and Mauna Loa. The latter as Kilauea have been erupting for two decades or so. The continental variety seem to unleash massive energies. The only problem is that there is such a large area involved here, that would release much energy but do the physics. It has to be more widespread but continuous over a long time.

I do not agree with the self cynical deprications of "hell," and the old garbage dump of gehenna as appropriate to religious belief other than for landlords collecting their rent from feudalistic slaves, and in their divine right of kings threatening the poor peasants with "hell," if they don't "pay."

I do believe it will be a gigantic explosion. Water causes Volcanoes to explode... probably the case in Mt. St. helens, I don't know, but the water is evaporated causing increased pressure inside the volcano, and when released, It just let's all hell loose. And since were dealing with a geyser here... it's got plenty of water.

Immediately before the eruption, there would be large earthquakes in the Yellowstone region. The ground would swell further with most of Yellowstone being uplifted. One earthquake would finally break the layer of rock that holds the magma in - and all the pressure the Earth can build up in 640,000 years would be unleashed in a cataclysmic event.
Magma would be flung 50 kilometres into the atmosphere. Within a thousand kilometres virtually all life would be killed by falling ash, lava flows and the sheer explosive force of the eruption. Volcanic ash would coat places as far away as Iowa and the Gulf of Mexico. One thousand cubic kilometres of lava would pour out of the volcano, enough to coat the whole of the USA with a layer 5 inches thick. The explosion would have a force 2,500 times that of Mount St. Helens. It would be the loudest noise heard by man for 75,000 years, the time of the last super volcano eruption. The long-term effects would be even more devastating. Yes, let's hope that dragon goes back to sleep. Just the thought of it exploding makes me jump in the chair. And I'm on the other side of the ocean......
