Portal

Someone please tell me what the connection is between Portal and Half-Life 2!!! This game absolutely confused the hell out of me, not only that, it freaked me out! The overall feeling of isolation in a somewhat "alien" environment and participating in a series of reeeally bizarre tests, with only an eerie robotic voice to guide you is seriously twisted! It reminded me of that movie "Cube". However, it is a great puzzle game, probably the best I've ever played. I just want to know what it had to do with Half-Life 2, I didn't catch on to what the robotic voice was talking about the entire time, only the part about the companion cube, that was hilarious!!!

I believe Portal is supposed to be a separate game entirely, but made by the same people.

It's a freaking sweet game too, I just bought the Orange Box on Sunday.
