The Serpo release stuff is like the MJ-12 documents, the Bob Lazar testimonies detailing back-engineered ET technology and so much more deliberately 'leaked' evidence relating to government involvement in the UFO thing. In other words, at the core it is essentially true. However, information is leaked in such a way that maybe 10% or 20% of the detail is demonstrably debunkable. The net effect of this, of course, is that it tends to get the whole story rejected, so that in future, if more information leaks out through other sources, the casual reader's reaction is going to be something like

'Oh yes, well we all know that story, and it was proven to be a hoax.'

It's THE most effective way known to intelligence services worldwide to keep the truth from coming out: ridicule and dismissal. It's used to great effect and, with most people who don't search deeper and keep probing, it's very effective.

We know that Clinton & Carter were briefed on the ET thing. They both 'changed sides' as a consequence. Why not Reagan? The magnanimous and good-natured old buffer was hardly an intellectual. Where do you think all this came from:

With this subject, there is always something behind what's behind what's behind what's behind the story you see.

A clever hoaxer would not make these obvious errors. They are too easy to spot - like the alleged orbit of Serpo said to be over 800 earth-days' duration, when the masses and distances of the star and planet were known, blatantly violating Kepler's Laws. Deliberate food for the debunkers, guaranteed to discredit the whole story.

The bottom line is, this alleged briefing is credible and probably accurate, but put out in such a way that some of the detail can easily be debunked and therefore those who look no deeper than the surface will shout 'Look! That detail is wrong! Therefore it's a hoax!'

The fact that this is SERPO alone plainly shows this is false.

That being said, if anyone has ever read a real transcript, you would realize that conversations never come across as scripted and fluid as this in real life.

By the way at least the famouse MJ-12 documents were tangible, means they found the micro film with and the actuall papers. In Serpo story you dont have nothing tangible (no documents at all or audio files, video, photos, nothing) no people coming forward and corroborating the story. So the problem with serpo actually is the lack of backup their claims with actuall evidence. I can writte wonderfull stories too about how president carter was flown to area 51 or how kennedy was kill by the CIA for knowing some ufo information, but without any back up information (people corroborating, documents, photos) my story will be just a lie, hoax or whatever you can think.

Thats the problem with the "Serpo" files, no corroborating by another party of the information or actuall documents that give some truth to it.

Adobe Reader has had a "read aloud" feature for a few years now. I have Adode Reader 7.0, and that is an option for certain kinds of documents. I don't think it will work for many "scanned" pdf documents, but it will work with documents converted into a pdf using "Adobe Standard".

As others have said, this is not official audio, it's just your computer reading a document.

Open you eyes turn down the lights and turn up your volume and try again that star you see is Arcturus your bird, 25% zoomed in infrared is at least 500ft and makes a loud woosh like none I've ever heard. Basically what you say is true, and I can only agree with this very sound approach to the whole subject.

However, this story about an EBE exchange program following a planned landing at Holloman AFB in 1964 has persisted for 40 years, and keeps re-emerging from different sources in different forms. I have been reading about it since at least 1980, and the 'Alternative 3' thing, containing some of the elements of the story, was published in the 1970s.

It might be all a hoax, but no matter how often it is debunked, the story refuses to die. Like Roswell.

I think that much of what is talked about in it has some grain of truth to it, I must say that I believe the mock up briefing to be just that, a mock up. As has already been discussed numerous times, Serpo seems to be a disinformation project. There is always much truth, and much falsehood to such things unfortunately. Hopefully one day we will know the truth.

And I really don't think top CIA advisers used the word "stuff" as much as they did in this "transcript."

All in all, very poorly written, but entertaining nonetheless.

This clip screams false flag and, like someone posted, the Reagan speech at the UN backs this insanity up. Believe it or not, I could careless what you think, the document itself, I don't see the point in discussing it, whereas Reagan at the UN is still a big deal to me, to say that stuff about "threats among us" and "aliens" seems pretty far-fetched should he of been trying to relate the fall of the USSR to alien invasions.
