Is Dr. Boylan a visionary or not?

I have personally met Dr. Boylan and thought he was very personable aand indeed a kind-hearted individual. Regardless of what I think of the man, I have heard that he has had his life threatened and had assasination attempts. If he is in fact a fraud, why would people be trying to "take him out"? I know that it is hard for many people to believe that Dr. Boylan and his crew of professional remote viewers are out and about fighting crime- so to speak. In fact it is indeed hard for me to believe as well. However some of the facts do lend creedence to his claims.

What his deal with the star kids being born now, does that mean that everyone else is going to be left in the dark that isn't a star kid.
