So, i watched the Democratic Debate last night and i have to say i got what i was expecting. Barack had been taking heat for not taking Hillary on, so i figured there would be some fists flying. How Hillary reacted to it was another story.

I thought she did a bad job. Virtually every answer was a dodge. Barack was obviously focusing on calling Hillary out, but John Edwards really stole his thunder. I think we'll see a decline in Hillary's numbers and i'd like to see them go to Edwards rather than Barack, who seems to pose no solutions or plans, just a general idea of communication. He had his opportunity to kick it into the next gear and Edwards took it from him.

I thought Joe Biden did pretty well, but his numbers are down so far that he can only serve as someone to raise awareness on matters now that Gravel is missing. I thought it was rude of Chris Matthews to shrug off Kucinich's face-time to talk about UFO sightings, and even worse that he spun Kucinich's answer to look like he is some crazy UFO believer when he corrected Chris ten times.

If Hillary's numbers don't drop after last night's debate, then that means the majority of Americans still aren't watching.

Between Hillary having a non-answer for everything and Obama's recent conversion to evangelist tent-shaking, we'll hopefully see Edwards catch some wind for his sails. That bit Matthews did to Kucinich, though... Ugh.

Edwards, at this point, hasn't shown me enough, and i'd really like to see him gain some more points and thus more exposure. I don't think someone like Barack or Hillary will be able to garner enough unified democratic support to win a general election.

You're right, Fox, about Matthews and how he handled Kucinich. I've lost respect for Matthews lately, i dont like when they write off candidates based on one off-the-cuff remark. We officially have a democracy, but it seems to me that the media is more of a factor in determining who gets sufficient exposure.

But all in all Most say Hillary was the victor in the debate due to the fact that terrorist attacked Paris only a few hours before. Unlike Sanders and O’Malley , She has direct experience with foreign policy and this is something we want for our next president. It seemed as if Hillary rivals were not as fluent on this topic .
