I have often heard UFOs are characteristic of lucid dreams.

The goal is to dissolve like a dew drop into the sea? Will you identify with the body or the light?

The body seems to have a hold on the idea of existance.

Could you help me understand what existance as part of the one would be like? Or, non existance as an individual is the goal in this life. It is a hard concept to grasp.

Good tip. I've tried this and the results are posted in my thread - "Are wormholes all in the mind?" It really happened. I've never tried it since, and don't intend to. Still have an interest though, so if there's a way to do it in tandem with another person I wouldn't mind an escort in a future "dream".
