Another vote for Alton Brown. I also recently started watching Ace of Cakes. I enjoy Rachel Ray's travel shows, but haven't watched her actually cook anything. Jamie Oliver's "Naked Chef" series was entertaining, but I didn't care much for his new show. *shrug*
