Crays doesn't work for a local fire department or the California Department of Forestry. He works for American International Group Inc., the world's largest insurer. If you're a client with a home threatened by California's worst wildfires in four years, you're getting service your next-door neighbor may envy.
Such protection doesn't come cheap. It's available only to customers of AIG Private Client Group, which serves affluent individuals and their families.

The average customer spends $19,000 a year on the insurance, which may also cover yachts, art collections and ransom demands, Rivera said.

Some victims of the California fires may wish they had their own firemarks. During this week's wildfires, ``there were a few instances where we were spraying and the neighbor's house went up like a candle,'' Crays said.

I really don't know what to think of this. It's quintessential America. Totally legal and totally immoral.

Is it?

If you are wealthy enough to employ a gardener should you be constrained to let your neighbour use him if he's not busy?

Well folks, here it is... This isn't the beginning either. Oh no, this has been transpiring for a few dacades. However, now it is open for all to see. They have the audacity to flaunt it and wave it in our collective faces. What is "it", you ask? The clear and final delineation of the "haves" and the "have nots."

Have you noticed "it"? They've always had their little piece of the world - country clubs, private organizations, gated communities, social clatches etc... However, they were never brazen enough to rub our faces in it. Now it really doesn't matter though. They've succeeded in diminishing the real America and real Americans to the poor, unwashed masses that they have always felt we were - regardless of how our blood, sweat, tears - and many times, lives - were shed to contribute to their wealth.

They have their private goons to protect their property (Think Blackwater during hurricane Katrina), they have other private security detail every other day of the week with them, around them. Now they have their own private fire departments. They have always had their own private schools.

Does this not strike anyone as Un-American? For generations men, women, even children sacrificed for the common good of the country. Neighbor aided neighbor, community for community, state for state. We were all one collectively and all stood for one nation. We were a nation of Muskateers, built upon collective pride and compassion for our fellow Americans.

This is going to get me put on a watch list, perhaps even prosecuted under the newly elected Orwellian thought-crime law, HR 1955 (look it up if you want to lose even more faith in our government!) - but I simply don't give a damn any more! The revolution is coming and coming quickly. People are waking up and the reality to us "Commoners" is not only startling or unnerving, it is downright infuriating. They honestly believe that they can continue to get wealthy by our labor and continue to treat us as property - but those days are winding down.

My hand to God, to my heart to liberty and freedom - I swear I will see the day, with much happiness and satisifaction, that these elitist will be erased from the very fabric which is society and spend an eternity in Hell - right where they belong!
