The Oil Factor: Behind the War on Terror

Today, 6.5 billion humans depend entirely on oil for food, energy, plastics & chemicals. Population growth is on a collision course with the inevitable decline in oil production. George Bush's "war on terror" happens where 3/4 of the world's remaining oil and natural gas is located.

Thanks for posting this video. It's an excellent update on the aftermath of 911 and includes historical backround as well. This video must make grim viewing for any apologist of the Bush administration's efforts in Iraq. I was going to start another thread myself with this video in another forum. I hope it gets the attention it deserves here.

The situation with depleted uranium munitions alone is just devastating to the US image around the world. I don't think most Americans would put their country in the same category as Nazi Germany, but the images in this video make it an obvious association. I hope that domestic political forces in the US can bring an end to the current madness.
